It’s a rated 12+ application that requires iOS 4.0 or later to run on and will be supported by your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Dogs Gone WILD Storybook: It’s about time you get rid of those books that you put in front of your kids and tell them a story, and you have to make all those funny sounds to make the story interesting for them since developers at iPlayTones, LLC have worked so hard to put together Dogs Gone WILD Storybook which is full of adventure and excitement. The size of the app is 50.0 MB and it requires iOS 3.2 or later and works with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Instagram: Instagram is an amazingly fun & simple life-sharing app for your iPhone. Snap photos wherever you go to show the world what’s going on in your life. Postagram: Postagram is a wonderful extension of the most popular iOS photo editing app called Instagram. PhotoSynth: PhotoSynth as I know is one of the best applications an iPhone owner can have. Above all the features it offers PhotoSynth is available completely free of charge. The main purpose of this app is to let you take multiple images and merge them all into one hence creating a panorama image. This picture is then available to be viewed in all the directions

Filter Mania: Filter Mania is an excellent photo editing app for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Sized at 5.2 MB only Filter Mania comes with 12 built in standard filters and dozens more which can be downloaded free of cost from the app. You can easily add  layers of filters to your photo, test any filter combinations to get totally crazy and rad results.

Dash of Color: Dash of Color is an iOS application sized at 3.3 MB and compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 3.1.2 or later. The application can focus the colors in an image wherever you want. You start with an image and start painting it in color or black and white. To get higher precision you can zoom into the image and undo any mistakes you made. These simply options let you easily obtain the desired effect.

Photo Crop: As the name suggests this app is completely decicated to do what it claims to do i.e cropping your images. This app works with out a doubt, well perfectly. Of course there are no instructions but with only like 5 buttons who needs them? If you want a great cropping app than get this one. Crop your images without compromising on the quality.

Pixfix:  iPhone 4 as we know it is one of the smart phones that takes extremely beautiful images with a pretty decent quality. But again iPhone’s default camera tool do not fully express the dynamic quality of light the human eye can see. In fact in most cases the pictures result in being either dull or dark with the lack of contrast and details. This is where PixFix comes in action. It is a must have free photo editing app for the iOS users. It automatically optmize your photo challenges to deliver better photos directly within your device.

Volume Boost: Volume Boost Free is an iOS application compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 3.0 or later. The app is sized at only 1.7 MB and it helps you with the volume settings on your device. You can customize the volume on the phone to suit your own preferences. The app offers 16 default volume increments to help raise the maximum volume up to three times the original maximum level. You can also set the default volumes for speakers and headphones.

iHandy Torch Free: iHandy Torch Free is an iOS application sized at 11.5 MB. It is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad running iOS 3.0 or later. The app utilizes your phone’s screen as well as its camera flash. You can choose from a variety of lights including glow sticks, SOS lights, disco lights, and more. The app offers easy navigation and quick light times.

iTorch4: A dead simple app for iPhone that only serves the purpose of brining a torch light to your device. All you have to do is turn on the app and click the orange button to turn on/off your flash light. Furthermore you can always use the setting tab on the right hand side to adjust your options. For example you can turn on and off the light by simply shaking your iPhone. Sounds great right?

Unpleasant Horse: The game has you playing as a horse with wings. But instead of saving a princess or doing some other ‘good’ deed, your horse needs to survive by jumping from one cloud to the other on the backs of ponies. These ponies are cuter than your horse and once their backs have been ridden, they are “sent plummeting to a gruesome, bone-chewing demise, thanks to an unfortunately placed series of meat grinders on the ground below. Really kind of a tragedy of civil engineering.” That quotation is taken from the game’s description and makes me laugh every time.

Animal Phone: nimal Phone is an iOS app sized at nearly 16 MB and compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 3.1 or later. The app lets children place fake phone calls to numerous animals from the jungle and talk to them. Not only do the animals talk but from time to time, they leave voice mails. Additionally, these virtual creatures respond to speech and perform actions based on various touch gestures. Children can ‘pet’ the creatures using different actions and see how the animals respond.

Farm Story: Following in the footsteps of a famous Facebook web based game comes Farm Story™. It is a game for all those people who find growing their own farm fascinating and can’t because they are limited in some way. This game gives you an opportunity to grow a farm of your own choice. You get to plant over 150 varieties of delicious fruits, veggies and beautiful flowers. To also get to design and decorate your farm by growing trees, placing fences and constructing buildings.

Educational

Confidence: Confidence is a free iOS game sized at 24.4 MB and compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.2 or later. The game tests your knowledge of trivia and customizes points on your level of confidence. The free version of the app offers 600 questions, 90 categories, and 4 different difficulty levels. Confidence can be played against a friend on the same iOS device; alternatively you can challenge a computer opponent from within the game.

America’s Weird Laws: umerous countries have strange laws that make little sense. But you would not expect America to be one of those countries. One cool app that lets you find out more about America’s strange laws is “America’s Weird Laws.”America’s Weird Laws is a collection of the most hilarious, bizarre, and dumb laws in the United States. The app is sized at 0.6 MB and is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad running iOS 3.0 or later.

Multimedia

SocialCam: Socialcam is a smartphone application for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running version 4.0 or later or iOS. The app is sized at 3.2 MB. It lets you easily share videos with your friends through your iOS device. Unlike most other video services, Socialcam supports unlimited video length and storage. The app also lets you upload the video while you are recording it thereby saving a lot of your time.

System

HippooLite: An excellent iPhone app that helps you connect your computer with an iPhone so that you can easily and remotely use it. HippoRemote also comes with a pro version that offers additional features but the lite version is good enough to do lots of major tasks. I highly prefer using this app because it supports all the major operating systems including Linux, Mac and Windows.

Cool Wallpapers HD: For those who are not looking to spend any money and looking for a free app to change their phone screen with totally amazing wallpapers then Cool Wallpapers HD & Retina Free is the app they need. To set a wallpaper that you’ve just saved to your photos library, simply navigate to the Photos application on your iPhone or iPod Touch, select the wallpaper you’d like to use, and then set the wallpaper as your wallpaper.

Web & Social Networking

Zapd: Zapd is a super simple and fun app that lets you create high quality, themed websites straight from your iPhone. No design experience or code writing is required. Just select a theme and then add photos, text or links. You’re done. You can create as many “Zaps” as you like and have one for each flavor of your life – going on vacation, sharing a work project with colleagues, showing off your latest toy, ranting about a topic, capturing special moments with your family, etc.

Voxer Walkie Talkie: Voxer Walkie Talkie is a social network for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad owners that are using iOS version 4.0 or later. The app lets you add friends to your network and send messages to them absolutely free. The nature of these messages can be text, pictures, or audio. Audio messages can be streamed live and your friends can join in to hold a voice chat. The voice chat does not your voice or SMS plans – it works over Wi-Fi and 3G. In case you do not currently have internet access you can record messages online and schedule them to be sent later.

WhatsMyIP: Ever stuck in a situation where you desperately need to find what your IP address so that you can share it with your friends to find or solve any specific issue while you are on the go? If not then I have found the perfect application for you. It’s called “WhatsMyIP”. For those who don’t know there was a website already made with the same ip and now this is basically the thing and works on iPhone, iPod and iPad.

iChromy:  Ever felt like you should have your favorite browser on your iPad to enjoy your browsing just the way you always have? Well, luckily there is an app for that now and it is called “iChromy” As the name suggests iChromy is the iPad version of the original browser that comes with pretty much the same user interface. It has tabs on top which makes it easy for you to open, switch and close tabs.
